Porting Phone Number

I have tried to get in touch with customer support forever now. I realize there is no over the phone help. I've sent multiple private messages to support after hour and hours of wait still nothing. Am i allow to put the phone number and account details here? Or is that private information i shouldnt put here. Honestly I'm about to lose it... 
I've spoken to the chat bot it took me to a link where i put the information needed to port over the #. I've done it atleast 5-10x resulting in nothing? I don't know what else to do??
