Porting Number

I requested that my number be ported from my previous provider to Public Mobile and the request was made, but I never received the confirmation text message. My previous provider is now saying that the port must be requested again to proceed. Please help.

I left the previous SIM in the phone. How do I contact the CS-Agent?

@KerryH hi you must leave your old sim in your phone to receive port request,you have 90 minutes to respond yes, if you did't do that your port will fail.I will send you the number for the telus porting depatment, check your community envelope

@KerryH Did u leave the previous provider's sim card in the phone, in case to receive the confirmation txt msg. U can contact the CS-Agent to resend the requested. Please be aware the system will be down on Nov 13. Make sure u did it before that day. otherwise, nobody can help.
