Hi everyone,
I'm trying to help my mom get set up on Public Mobile. We have the SIM and she's got service, but we're trying to port her Vonage number and apparently she got a text today saying that the port was unsuccessful for some reason.
Is there any way we can find out why it was unsuccessful and correct the issue?

@DotNM You will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account info and they will try porting in from their end.
