Hello,
I am having issues porting my number from Voip.ms, I am getting the below error message and hope someone can assist.
"We are experiencing difficulties in processing this request. Please contact Public Mobile for additional assistance."

Honestly I am not sure how PM expects to retain customers with such poor customer service.
Over 4 days and counting without a response.....

I was able to finally complete the online porting process now I have lost my PM number and unable to make/receive calls on my ported number.
After completing the online form I received a text message.
"Public Mobile here: We're experiencing difficulties processing your request to move to public mobile. Please go to PublicMobile.ca, click Contact us and complete the SIM & Activation online form."
No response from any PM staff either, so far not the best experience.

I'm sorry you are having issues with your port!
Could you send me your Public Mobile SIM card number and the number that you want to port? Service providers like Voip.ms and Fongo are usually considered landlines so they take longer to port and can cause some problems. But don't worry, I will assist you 🙂

@lbrasi Looks like others are experiencing that as well. Maybe wait a bit and try again later.

Are you including all the info when trying to transfer the number?
Include the account #, IMEI, pin if you have it, and alternate phone number.
