Porting Issue

[SN1964]

I ported my Rogers number over to Public Mobile two days ago. Everything is working except one thing. I can call/text people and people can text me, but people cannot call me. Whenever someone calls me it goes straight to my Rogers voice mail. Anyway to fix this issue?

-Rogers phone # to port

-Rogers account #

sounds like the port didnt finish,

did you receive any confirmation message on your phone saying it was completed?

Sounds like your port didn't complete properly. No worries, one of the moderators can normally fix that pretty quickly, tagging @Shazia_K @Mary_M @Saray_O
