Porting Issue from Fizz

I recently tried porting over from fizz but I got this message. Can I get the porting team's number? 

"Hey, it's Public Mobile. We're having trouble transferring your number. Looks like you entered an incorrect account number. Someone from our team will contact you shortly using your original phone number or the alternate number provided."

Thanks. I've submitted a ticket and the port initiation from fizz has gone through since I replied "Yes" but a couple minutes later I received that text from above. 

 

Now I have both fizz and public mobile (temporary number) active. I try to reinitiate the number transfer with public mobile but now it says invalid phone number.
