I have tried to port a number from Virgin Mobile without any success. I entered my VM account number, my alternate phone. At VM, my account was shared with someone else and I think he is the primary account owner there. So in the authorization name field, I entered his name. But the attempted failed. Then I tried to enter my name as the authorization name but it failed as well. In both cases, when I pressed the 'Confirm', it immediately returned with the 'You must be authorized to transfer this phone number' error. Does anyone know how I can port over the phone?

Before filling in any info, tick the I am authorized box first
I would use the name of the primary account holder.
