I tried to transfer my SIM from Fido to Public Mobile on Sunday. However incoming calls to straight to my Fido voice mail, incoming and outgoing text work and outgoing calls work.
I have tired to continue using my Fido SIM in the mean time but there I am not receiving texts.
It is unreasonable that issue is still not resolved and I haven't heard from anyone despite reaching out in various ways...
Please help. This is very frustrating.

Hi, my porting doesn't seem to have been completed as well, I've been waiting since the 19th. What do I do? Thank you.

It happened to me too. But incoming calls were ok a few hours after porting in my case. So maybe try later see if it's happening
