I ported over yesterday last night and I received a text from PM and it said it was fine.
The data worked but now I cannot send or receive texts.
Originally I could send texts but not receive but nothing is working now for that. I can make a phone which goes through though.
I can provide my sim # and old account #
It shows on my Usage history that I am texting #'s but they are not receiving anything.

The old sim is still in my old phone and shows Rogers and it will receive the text messages, however I was able to message from the new phone yesterday but now I can't do that either.
Who will resolve the issue? Should I forward it someone else?

Do you know if your old sim is still active? It is a little strange but still sounds like you are stuck mid port. I would try your old sim and as bad as it sounds if it is still active run with it until this issue is resolved.
