Hi, I got a new esim card, and ported a number from a Virgin Mobile account. Everything works on my end but the previous owners of the number are still being charged - Virgin Mobile is saying PM needs to call them to finalize the port!!??? Anyone else have this problem?

Did you reply to the text confirming with YES that you are porting over to PM with the Virgin SIM within the 90 minute window to complete the porting.
If you didn’t reply or missed the 90 minute window. You need to contact a CS_Agent to investigate or restart the porting process.

@Shannon_Olson When you say everything works, does that include incoming voice calls?
