Koodo prepaid are sharing the same backend as PM. Therefore, you cannot use the automated porting provided at the time of your PM activation. You should get a temporary PM number first. After activation, create a supprot ticket using the Chat button at the lower right hand corner of this page. Tell SIMon what is the issue (important) - use "port request". SIMon will let your create a support ticket quickly.
1. Keep your Koodo number active
2. Provide your son's account number, the name on his account and his phone number to be ported.

@Puppymom1 hi you will need to take a temp number at activation and then contact a moderator afterwards by clicking the chat bubble lower right screen

With Koodo prepaid you have to take a temp number and ask a moderator to port the number for you. You can contact the mods one of 2 ways. Click the question mark bottom right of the browser as shown in the picture and open a ticket through the automated ticketing system;
or you can contact them through direct messaging at the following link (note this way may take longer for a response) In both cases use "Port Request" as a subject;

In either case you should receive a reply within 48 hours though typically they are much faster. Watch the envelope icon top right for a reply.
