Yesterday I ported old Fido number to new Public Mobile SIM.
Fido confirmed the port was unsuccessful.
I am unable to reach a customer service agent to re-initiate the port. I am unable to submit a Public Mobile support ticket after many attempts.
Please contact me to support with re-initiating port. Otherwise would like a refund. Thanks.

@selinali2728 @Hi did you leave Fido sim in your phone to receive transfer request? You need to reply yes within 90 minutes or your port will fail I will send you Telus porting dept phone number, check your community envelope
