Port issue - Must be processed by an agent

I purchased my phone number from Numbershack and I have a port certificate. I can't provide an sms code confirmation since I don't have the phone number yet.. How can I contact anyone for help if my account doesn't allow me to sign in until the number is activated?

glad I asked you to confirm

you can submit the ticket and ask the PM agent to confirm one again for the porting eligibility

If not, demand a refund.  PM is prepaid and no refund.  But we heard people coming back saying they might agree to refund if the issue came from activation.  So, you have a chance for that

I got an error message. Looks like it won't happen at all
Unfortunately, this number isn't eligible to move to Koodo Mobile...

Now how do I cancel my purchase form Public Mobile and get a refund 😞

please submit ticket here and ask agent to pick a number for you first to get through the activation

I have already selected the port option and now I am stuck in a loop. Can't sign in and can't ask for help.

some porting does not need sms to port in , like  landline, it just take longer, like 7 days

i think it is the same.  You can submit a ticket to agent and ask first

or you can also activate with a temp number first, then submit ticket to  support and ask them to help porting

Sign up and get service going selecting any number from what's available. Even better would be to select an AB number. Then once it's all working and you can log in and everything, use the change number function to transfer that number in.
