Hi, I signed up for a Public Mobile account about 3 weeks ago. I ported my old number in - it works for everything except for receiving phone calls. Internet works on the account and I am able to send and receive SMS messages and also able to make calls (my ported phone number shows up in the call display when making a call). When someone calls my phone number is says that the number has been disconnected. Can someone tell me how to fix this or who I should contact? Thank you.

No problem. For future reference, wireless number ports take as little as an hour or two to complete, but never more than a day or two. In unique situations like VOIP services, it could take longer.
