Port In from Fizz

Tried to port in my existing number from Fizz but it is saying Account Number is wrong. Did put in the padding zero in front of the 8 digits to make it 12. Need advice on how to fix it.

Supposedly, need to add the zeros after the initial 8 digits. 

I will private message you the Telus team porting number.  That team should be able to complete the port.
