Hello,
I work at L4K 1J5 and the cell service is really bad. This is in a pretty well populated area too. When I was with Fido, I normally had full bars, but after switching to Public, I have 1 or 2 and often have people complaining they can’t hear me. I also understand Public doesn’t offer wifi calling, which would definitely help a lot of people in areas with poor reception. What can I do?

Yeah, I know some other companies have a ticket logging mechanism but these all seem to be broken. I get a 404 error every time I try to do anything!

Thanks for the suggestion but there’s about 50 people in my office that all have the same issue. I think there just needs to be another cell tower.

I’m having the same issues. I almost always only have one bar. Sometimes I can’t even access the internet at all. I switched to Public Mobile just over 2 months ago. I was hoping the issue was temporary but unfortunately that has not been the case and it looks like I’ll have to switch providers once again.

@Njru Try resting best work settings . Also you can try putting your network selection to 3G in those areas or 5G if your phone supports it and test what network gives you the best reception
