now my phone says “your sim cannot be accessed please call your Carrie to obtain your puk code? Someone please help what is a puk code and where do I get it. I can’t even log into my account because I need my phone number to get text message to log into my account

You may have accidentally set the SIM lock on your phone.

You need to contact a CS_Agent for the PUK for the SIM by creating a ticket on SIMon Chatbot or private message them on this Community.
