I normally won't post on the forum itself, but want to make sure that the moderators get this message since a port-in isn't reversible. I sent a PM yesterday to @Saray_O asking for a manual port request because it couldn't be done through the change number portal. Can you please ignore / cancel this port request since I still need the existing account that I am porting in from active and this can't be reversed.
If one of the moderators can confirm this, that would be greatly appreciated.
