Thank you all for the above responses. Looks like only thing I can do is twindle my thumbs and wait for a response from one of the MODs soon. I do feel bad for them having to deal with so many problems...maybe this should prompt them to hire more help

Unfourchantly stuff like this happens all the time, a few years back I tried to port my number from telus prepaid to bell postpaid. The port was stuck like your's I called both carriers and they blamed it one eachother never tried requesting the port again. I ended up carring 2 phones for a month until magically the port went thru and everything went to my new phone. I know this doesn't help you but I don't want you to feal ripped off it unfourchantly happens and having someone to talk to doesn't always help when they don't know what there doing. The poor MOD's who have been overworked lately have been very helpful to everyone and solved their issues.

You have a partial port that needs a moderator to fix. I'm assuming that you've already tried restarting your phone.
Looks like you might have already sent a private message.
If not, have a read of this post and put one in.
I would also reach out via Twitter. It will get fixed, but very frustrating that it hasn't been working properly for so long.
