I wanted to change plan to special $25.
Plan Details:
I wanted the immediate changes but end up topping up by $25.
How can I make the necessary changes. Any Help.

PM plans are prepaid plans. No refund of the unused portion of your current plan.
You can change plan immediately and schedule plan change on your next renewal date.
1. Login to your self-serve account
2. [Plan and Add-Ons] --> [Change Plan]
3. Select the $25 plan from a list of plans
4a. Top up your account and select change plan immediately
4b. OR schedule change on your next renewal date

As @Lieux pointed out, you probably want to avoid making the change immediately as you will lose everything you've already paid for. Best time to make a change is just before your next payment is due.

Since you already topped up your account just sign into your account and select Change Plan and make the plan change. Make sure you select the option for the plan to take effect immediately since that it what you want according to your post.
