Hello I'm trying to switch to one of your other plans but it won't let me, my only option is to buy 3GB for $15.
Any help is appreciated thanks.

When I scroll down the add/ons page it only gives me me an option of my same current plan or of adding a gig of data, it will not allow me to view the other available plans, this is the problem. Thank you

Thank you for the reply, this isn't working, the add/ons page isn't giving me any plan options except to buy 1GB of data. I tried clearing cache and opened in cognito. This is making me dizzy

use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,or safari on private mode,, To Login Page
and go to Plan & Add-ons, and scroll the plans using the down and up arrows on the far right. select the plan you want, and select ‘Change plan now’ then you pay full price plan, or ‘Change plan on renewal date’..to you not losing any money..

Are your trying over your phone? Computer is much less of a hassle and as stated incognito mode will get around any issues for the most part

@forzza are you trying to switch to a plan that is different from your own? Sorry, my question sounds odd, but some people will try to do that for early renewal, which cannot be done
If you are changing to a different plan, try again using Incognito mode or try to use another browser , like Edge/Firefox/Chrome. Let us know if it works
