Hi
Is it originally public mobile number or did you transfer it?
Is it still available? What happens when you call it?
Welcome back

90 days after suspension, your account will be canceled and you number will be return to the provider who gave your your phone number. But if your number was provided by PM, Koodo or Telus, you can contact moderator to determine whether your old number is still in the Telus phone number is still in the Telus number recycle waiting pool. If yes, you may aget your phone number back. But there is no guarantee.
But you need a new PM SIM card to activate a new account/plan.

Your plan is closed @Psagi . You need to a new sim card and different unique email address. You can try reactivating and contact the moderators and ask them to flag your number if it came from the Telus family. If you are lucky, you may get it back. If not, it would have reverted to wherever you ported it from.
May I suggest that you buy your SIM card from Canadian cell supplies https://canadiancellsupplies.com/collections/latest-products/products/public-sim-card
Currently sims are $3.99 each with free shipping.
If you decide to reactivate.
Here's 4 articles on activation and porting and the Refer a friend reward if you need them:

You would need to purchase a new sim and setup a new account and phone#. After 90 days your account gets deacitvated.

Sorry though after 90 days the number is deactivated. You will need a new sim and a new number
