Hi all,
Logged into my account today and it states that my plan expired. Visa and
Mastercard had issues with processing transactions today.
So I paid just in case the auto payment didn't go through. I don't want to lose my sweet plan. Am I okay or did I lose my rate?

This has been an ongoing issue. It seems PM has given up, maybe this is a sign they will be closing soon so they won’t bother fixing it

The best policy is don't look, don't touch during renewal time. Seeing this kind of errant information triggers a desire to intervene which results in a complete catastrophe. Public Mobile is aware of the issue and the problems it can cause for customers. They seem to be happy to leave it as is.

@uprite Don't worry. This is normal. As long as you have the service working, you are fine. The plan will renew over night and the status will update in the morning.
