Plan expired early

People were not able to call me, I would not call people.... it says that my plan expired, but it didn’t expire for 7more days... so I just added money b/c I need my phone... now I just got another message saying my plans has expired!!! Its only been 1 week!! Since I topped up... how can I find tech support??
