Plan does not work in Mexico

I have the Canada, US, Mexico plan.  This is the second year.  Last year it worked.  This year we are in Mexico and it does not work.  Have restarted my phone, airplane mode is off.  No Luck.  Any suggestions?

Hopefully you have also enabled Roaming on your device

Try manually connect to these networks, try each one:

ALTAN, AT&T, AT&T Nextel, Telcel, Telefonica

Also, you might want to change the network mode to 4G or LTE instead of Automatic
