I wanted to change my plan to the $19 per month but it's not listed as an option for a current subscriber. How do I change this plan?

@Mikecowie , the current marketing used by Public Mobile is targeted. What you see in the subscription tab of your online account and special offer text messages are plans available to you and may differ from other customers.

@Mikecowie , go to the envelope icon on the upper right corner of the community web page and look at the inbox. Any tickets submitted should result in a private message showing ticket number.

if you use the Chatbot to open, you would have a copy at your Community Sent box, check there
if not, you can also message PM and ask

I don't know if my ticket was submitted. How do I check to see if I have an open ticket

if it is not listed then it cannot be changed
you can however try to ask PM but the answer probably same. Use the orange Chatbot icon on the lower right to submit ticket
