Plan change did not take effect

I changed to the $40 / 4G plan to start yesterday, it doesn't seem to be working.  My speed is still slow.  When I look at my plan it still lists the 3G plan even though on the payment from Oct 23 it took the $40 for the new plan.

You were correct.  Logging in with an incognito browser I see the new plan.  I'll wait to see the speed change. Thank you.

@mzanette good morning first of all it takes up to 48 hours for your speed to increase secondly you may be looking at a cache  version of your account delete your cache and cookies or try a different browser in secret or incognito mode reboot your device and then sign in again that should clear it up
