Yes, it comes down to the cost of the plan. So if your plan cost is less than $29 then it should be listed in your account. Example, if your current plan is $30 then this is considered as a downgrade to $29.

When you say upgrade use mean actually mean more costly. For me the $29 month plan is an upgrade since it includes CAN-US-MEX with 10GB. Where as my current plan inlcudes CAN-US with 20GB. For me the use in the three countries is more valuabe than the additional 10GB I current have.

It may not be worth it to you, but one way to downgrade is to start again. Port your number out to another provider and then back in using a new email address, which will result in a new account #, loss of any and all referrals etc. It is frustrating to know that even on a prepaid -no-contract plan, you are somewhat forced to only be able to select a higher priced plan. Good luck whichever path you choose.

Unfortunately, offers to existing members for upgrades only. You can’t downgrade your plan.
