Im switching to a new provider, and I need my phone number to be active for them to port it. Is there any way to temporarily activate it?

If you did not renew your plan you have 90 days before it is closed. If it is not closed then add $15 to activate so you can port your number out.

Hi @Pritpalmaan
As long as your service was active within the last 90 days, you can reactivate it. Change to the lowest priced plan (currently it's $15), make a payment and reactivate it. Your plan will be active for 30 days.
If it's been suspended for more than 90 days, unfortunately your account is already closed.

You'll need to pay for your plan.
That doesn't need to be done if your porting out to Koodo Mobile or Telus Mobility as long as the account is only suspended but not closed.
