We signed up yesterday and my husbands SIM card says invalid. We tried mine in his phone and it works. Not sure what to do

Hi, good troubleshooting. What happens when you try his sim in your phone?
What exactly does the missing say, SIM invalid or is it asking for a pin like your heading suggest?
