How do I send a message to moderator to reset my PIN so I can add my monthly plan or even review current Plan/Add-on section! ?!???

It is pretty difficult to do this without knowing the PIN code. Thus the need for a reset. Get some rest. The moderator battle have left you a bit weary.

Click on the following link: https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/
Type in "open ticket".
Select "contact us" and tell it to open a ticket.
