Picture messaging won't work

Hi, I'm new to Public mobile and everything is good except now that I have switched I can't send or receive picture text messages. I don't think it is a phone setting that is the problem because it worked fine when I was with Rodgers. Can anyone help me, please?

Ya I have my data turned off so that is most likely the solution' Thank you for your help

Hi @phonefish 

Please turn data on

Even though you didn't need data for mms the provider needs it

Also make sure your apn settings are correct

Are you on lg phone?
