Hey there,
I bought a physical Public Mobile SIM card today, and already subscribed for the new user deal. However, when I insert my SIM, the network says unregistered and I cannot receive my confirmation code for login. Please help me so I can't start using my phone, thank you!

I just tested clicking the "change your sim card" button on Public Mobile's app, but it asks for verification. Since I can't receive texts yet from my phone due to the SIM not working, how would I be able to get a new SIM? Did you have to do this too?
I should also mention that when signing up for Public Mobile, I was a complete new user without a previous phone number. The phone number I got was from signing up for Public Mobile. Now I'm stuck without being able to verify my account and use all functions of the app for support.

Thank you, I'll see if I can get a new one and have the old one refunded as well!

Hey this has happened to me in the past but, I think it may be the SIM card itself. I would suggest buying a new physical SIM card and that should work! Also see if Public Mobile can refund for the SIM that didn't work.

@Handy1 We already tried the SIM in another phone, and it did not work. After that, we tried again and put the SIM back in my phone and it still did not work. My phone is a Galaxy A71 if that provides any insight. Hopefully you can suggest some more solutions!!

@SoggyCereal my phone is not compatible with eSim. While I was in the process of signing up, there was a prompt saying my phone wasn't compatible for eSim. That's why I bought a physical SIM. Any other solutions you may have?

@Panasonz Can you test the sim cRd in another phone and see if it works ? Is the phone your using new to you phone? If the sim work in another phone then try it back in your phone this will help determine if its device issue or account issue
