Did you check to make sure you are properly signed up to the right plan on this website?

If not, try resetting your network connections or remove the SIM card and reinsert it.

I presume you are physically in Canada and not outside of Canada, in which case it wouldn't work without a roaming add-on (in the USA only).

Reboot your phone by powering off then back on.

If that didn’t work, contact a CS_Agent by private messaging on the envelope icon above. SIMon Chatbot seems to have problems last couple of days.
