@Altona Did you transfer number ? Did you reply YES to the confirmation text from old carrier with in 90 mins of receiving the text ? Try rebooting the device or reset network settings if you haven’t already
adding @Altona what phone do you have could be issue with not being supported by voLTE on public mobiles whitelist of phones
