I put my SIM card in and did everything put it still isn’t working I never received a text message

what model of phone do you have?

you said you cannot received a text message, you meant you cannot received on the PM sim card?  can you receive inbound calls? or can you make voice calls?

try Reboot phone and Reset network settings.  Or try the SIM card on another phone

activation with new phone number or porting number?

did you use the PM app to enter the sim card number? did you get the Step 6 using the PM app?  If you did, reboot the phone and try Reset Network settings and see if the phone connects to PM network. 

if you cannot make it work, ask PM to help.  Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
