Account is activated with $3 credit it is on autopay and have received a text saying my bonus points have been applied but when trying to us the phone I get a message that I need to pay my account.

This might sound like a stupid suggestion but have you powered down and restarted your phone? Sometimes works and easy to try.

Can you provide more details on your situation? Ie. which plan are you on? when is payment date? etc. Is your phone working now? or suspended?

@Luchie Try enabling/disabling the lost/stolen phone feature. Sometimes this triggers the renewal when it's stuck due to a system glitch.
