My phone won’t let me call or receive calls or text out or receive texts…
something on your end… sim card? or something else… account is still active…
i tried it in another iphone and still won’t work.

Did you just ported your old number to PM?
If so, you need to reply to the text confirming you are porting over to PM with the old SIM in your phone.
If it is an old account, try rebooting your phone by powering off the phone then back on. There also might be an outage in your area. Check outage map:

Has any services worked at any point? Trying the SIM in the phone is a good test.
