My funds were paid in full on March. 2, 2023. I even received a text message from public mobile that they received my money. For some reason I wasn't able to make outgoing calls or receive incoming calls until a 9:27 am this morning. I had no phone service for over 24 hours. I missed out on 2 important calls because of this incident.

If you have service now most likely PM had service outage in your area. I did not experience any (at least) SMS disruption yesterday (Mar 2).
You could contact agent for clarification but since you have service know I probably would not take time to do that.

@brendanicholson , there seems to be a system level issue that is affecting the calling feature for many customers. I was affected. Please use the chatbot link to initiate a support ticket.
