Hello,

 

I am a new client of public mobile. I tried to transfer my old phone number from another carrier, but was contacted by a member of public mobile team telling me the number wasnt in service anymore. We then decided to change for a new number. But she now told me that because i already changed my number once i can't do it again for the next month. I have now payed for a months worth without being able to use my phone. How can i change for a new number.

@Mousseline93  The best thing to do is to let PM know that because of the failed port you are going to need a new number. Just let them know thet area code and location that you want and they should be able to provide you with one. To contact Public Mobile click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

Moderator Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am(Eastern) to 12 am (Eastern) and Saturday, and Sunday from 8 am(Eastern) to 10 pm (Eastern).

Note: If you already changed to a new number and want to change that to another number then you will need to wait for 30 days.
