I received my new sim card today and I'm trying to activate it but when it asked me to select a new phone number there is nothing in the drop down box and it wont let me go any further

Well, for some of us, it IS an easy setup, but it doesn't work that way for everybody, unfortunately.

 

So, what "different device" did you use for the 2nd attempt. That, and which browser?

Are you trying to add a new SIM to an existing account that has an active SIM and PM phone? Because if thats the case, it will not work, every active SIM needs it unique email and account. You can use your referal code to get the $1 off monthly on your original account and the $10 one time credit in the new one.

I would recommend you to restart your phone before trying again 🙂

No I didnt try another device. I have to wait an hour now before i try again. Thanks

@Tiffer Did you try another browser/device/privacy mode? Is your AdBlock disabled (if it is installed in your browser)?

@Tiffer The solution may be to start again. Clear your cache, use incognito mode or try a different browser. If you're using a phone or tablet, try a laptop.

 

The only issue is if you start again, your sim may be blocked temporarily. If you can't get any further and your sim says it is invalid, wait an hour and try the directions above and it will likely let you activate. It won't hurt to try now, just be prepared for the delay.
