What is the make and model of the phone? Are you just doing this testing calling one phone? Or others as well?

Sorry it's unknown number that is displayed
04-16-2023 05:28 PM
No I did not use *67
*82 says I don't have minutes

Private Number

It is a regular flip phone
Everyone is staying that they don't see the name or number when I make a call.
I recently had the service paused due to a credit card change but once I enabled the service again with a new card the issue occured.

Try manually dialing *31# and then the phone number you're testing with. See if your number shows up.
So iphone or Android?

For Android:
Manage your caller ID during calls - Android - Google Voice Help
For iPhone:

HI @Shivpatel
or try this
iPhone:
Open the Settings app and scroll down to tap on the Phone option.
Tap Show My Caller ID, then turn the toggle off to hide your number.
Show My Caller ID option from iPhone Settings
on an Android Device
Different Android phone could be different, but this is the general idea:
Launch the Phone app and open the Menu in the top-right corner.
Go into Settings, then scroll down to Supplementary Services. Depending on your particular device, you may need to go to Calls > Additional Settings.
Tap Show my caller ID and choose to Unhide number from the popup menu.
