I cannot call or receive calls. The top left says ‘searching’ . Tried everything.

try taking your sim card out and reseating it. maybe it came loose. also clean the metal tabs if they are dirty
reset your network settings
1. From the home screen navigate to Settings>General>Reset
2. Tap Reset Network Settings
If prompted enter your passcode
3. Tap Reset Network Settings
4. Restart your phone

Check you iPhone for updates.
Connect your iPhone using USB cable to iTune running on a PC to update the PM carrier file or any updates waiting for your.

When you log into your self serve account, does the last four digits on your SIM card match the last four digits listed on your self serve?
You will find this under your "My Profile" section, under "Sim Card".

Try restarting your phone. Also check network settings by experimenting with the 3g network as preferred. If you're a new customer, which model is your phone?
