@anbertin, are you having problems only with data or are other features also not working. If it is only data that is not working, then it is very likely you need to update the APN settings on the phone. Check out this knowledge base which covers setting up the APN. BTW, moderator team response time is around 3 days. You will likely receive a response in the next day or so.
