Hi I recently got a phone with virgin mobile and ported my number over but I already have a account with public and already paid for my monthly charge and now my phone ISNT working how do I get a new number so I can still use my month I already paid for ?
This phone is the one I used with public I just out the number onto another phone the new phone with virgin but this phone should still work

Are you porting to Virgin or are you porting to Public? If you ported out from Public to Virgin, sorry, but you cannot get a new phone number to use on the old Public Mobile account and a refund wouldn't be issued after porting out.
