Its been 6 days im waitting to get that code from moderator and no answer. Is there anyone working in this company?

If you just need the sim network unlock pin the default # is 1234.

To get the unlock code, click on the bubble to the lower right of your screen and type exactly the below phrase, then follow precise instructions that the chatbot gives you:

SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK." is asking for the phone’s (often Samsung) “master code" after entering the wrong code too many times. Samsung and/or your previous carrier can give you this.
"SIM network unlock PIN" is asking for your previous carrier's unlock code - just contact them with your IMEI (dial *#06# to get it) and they'll give it to you. If you enter this incorrectly too many times, you'll get the error message above.

Reply to the moderator's last message to you and add "Urgent: PUK CODE still needed!" The moderators were backed up this past week with up to 90 hr wait times. Also submit a new ticket via simon as they have obviously missed following up with you.
