I just re-set network settings and the phone now shows connected to LTE instead of 5G and seems to work better. I’m now on data writing this message and it works fine. Wonder why because I thought being in 5G network should be better.

@emaggiore123

What is the make and model of your phone?

With the 3G shutdown, your phone must be VoLTE compatible on PM network so enter the IMEI of your phone to see if it is compatible.

Here is more information on VoLTE:

If it is compatible, check for outages:

It may not be your phone but a problem with the service . In my area recently have been experiencing the same and also total internet outages . My neighbour was considering going back to a landline but I explained to him that now - so called landlines — also rely on internet reception .
