Just saw on Facebook that multiple people in my area are without cell service.

@samako

check if your phone is blacklisted.  You might have more than one IMEI, check them all

Normally set to automatically select carrier. Switching to manual does show Public Mobile, but can't connect.

I'm in the same boat, assuming some outage or something, nothing showing on the Telus outage map though.

@samako @SarahGood381 Do you see PM or any networks listed in network settings?

@SarahGood381 including resetting network settings? If yes, you need customer service to help. Open a ticket with the chat icon. If this causes problems send a DM at : https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

@SarahGood381 If you go into your network settings, do you see any networks listed? Maybe try airplane mode on, wait, then off again. Check to see if you have any updates pending. Lastly try resetting network settings to fix the issue.

@SarahGood381 It might be helpful if you told us what phone you have and what type of sim (esim or physical).
