Hi, my phone was disconnected as my credit card expired and I am trying to get into “my account “ to update my card info. It won’t let me get out of “finishing activation” which then would require a new cell number. I’ve tried clearing cache etc and have used a different browser to no avail. Thanks in advance for your help

@Mikemc123 sounds like your account was never connected to Eversafe. You can get a csa to update this for you. Click the link below to send them a message. Once it's attached, you should be good to proceed with changing cc info.
