Can I use Artfone 4G unlocked flip mobile phone for public mobile plan?

@Sunshinewei , according to the specs, you should be able to use this phone on 3G.  Note however, that activation requires the use of the Public Mobile app which means you have to have a smart phone on hand to complete the activation.
